This does fit a model 11 short action with box magazine and bottom bolt release. You loose the button on the front of the factory trigger guard for the bolt release, not a big deal, there is ample space on the side of the Magpul trigger guard/mag well to insert a small screwdriver and move the lever which I painted red for easy visibility that releases the bolt. How many times a year do you actually remove the bolt? It does come with a 7.62/.308 5 round magazine which fits .308 family cartridge’s. The stock was shipped to me quickly and the sale price of $125 was something I could not pass up. The look, feel, fit and function of my 7mm08 deer rifle is awesome. It’s made with no sling swivel’s but many options to install a sling , M loks fore end and loop on rear or it is dimpled(3 places) for easily drill and tap for screw in sling mounts. Wish Magpul made it in Mossy Oak but it’s not a perfect world. [...]
